ระหว่างวันที่ 16-21 กันยายน 2567 มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม โดย ดร.บุญเลิศ โพธิ์ขำ ผูัรับผิดชอบโครงการจัดโครงการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและพัฒนาทักษะเพื่ออนาคต (Upskill/Reskill) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 ให้แก่ประชาชนและนักศึกษาด้านช่างอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 55 คน ณ คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม
การดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าวครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์
1. เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาด้าน Technology Services
2.เพื่อยกระดับทักษะฝีมือแรงงานของประเทศไทยให้มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามความต้องการของ ตลาดแรงงานในปัจจุบัน
3.เพื่อแสวงหาความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร (Content)และยกระดับทักษะฝีมือแรงงาน
ซึ่งการจัดโครงการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและพัฒนาทักษะเพื่ออนาคต (Upskill/Reskill) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 ได้ดำเนินการจัดอบรม 2 รุ่น โดยรุ่นที่ 1 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 16-18 กันยายน 2567 และรุ่นที่ 2 จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 19-21 กันยายน 2567 โดยการอบรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.เศรษฐศักดิ์ ขวัญเพ็ชร และคณะ เป็นวิทยากรการอบรม
Nakhon Phanom University organized the Lifelong Learning and Skills Development for the Future (Upskill/Reskill) project for the year 2024 (1st and 2nd batches).
Between September 16-21, 2024, Nakhon Phanom University, led by Dr. บุญเลิศ โพธิ์ขำ, the project manager for the Lifelong Learning and Future Skills Development (Upskill/Reskill) project for the fiscal year P. Professor 2567 to the public and industrial technology students, totaling 55 people, at the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Nakhon Phanom University.
The purpose of this project is
1. To develop a curriculum that promotes the development of Technology Services.
2. To upgrade the skills of Thailand's workforce to meet the requirements of the current labor market.
3. To seek cooperation with relevant agencies in developing the curriculum (content) and upgrading the skills of the workforce.
The organization of the Lifelong Learning and Skills Development for the Future (Upskill/Reskill) project for the fiscal year B.E. Professor In 2024, two training sessions were conducted. The first session took place from September 16-18, 2024, and the second session from September 19-21, 2024. This training was honored by Assistant Professor. Setthasak Khwanphet and his team were the training instructors.
